“The Hayatt Group was the brain child of Mr. Walter René Mayer and his wife Ms. Manuela in the year 1996 in Abu Dhabi. The Hayatt Group initially built on its real estate business by the name of Hayatt Real Estate LLC. It was launched with the vision of providing a complete range of consulting and management services pertaining to all the real estate requirements. From the days when the real estate market had not completely evolved, to today where realty has become a dynamic investment opportunity even for a common man, The Hayatt Group has come a long way.
Later in the year 2014, The Hayatt Group diversified into the segment of maintenance services by introducing a new business vertical by the name, “Hayatt Facilities Management LLC”.
